In the days of prohibition there were speakeasys and moonshine as well as home brewing of beer. Today, where weed is still illegal and/or not decriminalized there are Joe Somebody’s who grow marijuana in their homes or backyards…

Unlike most drugs, there is little to no evidence that the use of marijuana poses a risk to public safety. In fact, people who are high are usually less likely to commit a crime. I mean when you’re high, happy, and relaxed what reason is there to commit a crime?

We are getting ready to break ground on our new ground up dispensary project. The planning process has been a lot of work, but we have learned a lot about the process. We have our final sets of drawings in place, we have our permits under review, and we are getting our ducks in a row to kick this construction phase off!

What comes to mind when you hear the term “second hand smoke”? For me it’s an old lady chain smoking indoors while babysitting her grandkids, exposing them to the toxins. The reality however is that all smoke will create second hand smoke which poses a threat to those around the person smoking. So okay…

We are working on our very first ground up construction project! We have found property in Lafayette, CO and are working as the developer with a great team of construction professionals. We are excited to take a project from the ground up and create a space to our exact specifications.

I am high as I write this and I wonder if Marijuana use is criminalized because many criminals are caught with it or because it alters your state of mind. Either way, Marijuana has been decriminalized in most states, and if not decriminalized, medical Marijuana is allowed use.
