Who We Are

We started this journey with our first dispensary back in 2014 in Fraser, CO.  We found a location, navigated licensing, renovated it, staffed, and operated it. We began cutting our teeth in an industry that was still innovating and growing fast.

A few months later we opened up a store in Nederland, CO. Once again we navigated the licensing while designing and renovating our second store. By the end of the year we had done the same thing in Central City and Gunnison. 

In 2015, we began work on a ground up build for a dispensary in Lafayette, CO. The success in Lafayette led us to construct a second ground up building in Northglenn, CO. All of this experience resulted in us bringing on more and more work and bringing more talent in to do more more in house.

Through our journey we learned how to navigate the legal process of marijuana licensing, compliance requirements, creative layouts while staying compliant, and building connections along the way. 

Since we also operated stores, we know what operators are looking for in both aesthetic and functionality.

We are capable of acquiring property, navigating the licensing, developing, constructing, and if necessary, operate the dispensary.
