Lafayette is ready to open up!

We are excited to see the process start to come to a close. It has been a hard last couple months getting everything tied up and closed out, but it will be worth it. The challenges of ground up construction are steady, but I am thankful for having the team that we did. I wish I had posted more about the process and the work as we went, but unfortunately I did not.

On the bright side though, we are already starting the planning for our next project. We will be building a similar building in Northglenn and have just started the early preliminary process of getting this done. So we will make sure to post more throughout that project to help get some insight into the construction process behind the industry!
