Bumps In The Road

As is to be expected, we’ve run into some bumps in the Northglenn project.  The excavating has been much more extensive than anticipated.  Additionally, the city has made stipulations to the site we were not expecting.  The challenge presented by such complications is what keeps us interested in this field.  During stressful times, it’s best to remember the big picture and know that it will get completed one way or another.  Working through these issues can be grueling and overwhelming, but the feeling of success when those issues are resolved is unmatched.  For now, we will keep our nose to the grindstone.
